Set over 3 levels, the villa easily and comfortably sleeps 8 people. From anywhere you stand on or around the villa- the private pool area, large veranda, balcony, terraced areas and charming gardens around the property, you profit from incommunicable spectacular views. On top of this, inside the villa (especially the master bedroom and its en-suite) has been so lovingly designed it matches the aesthetic beauty of the surrounding environment so you can truly live the life fit for royalty.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: 4 double sized bedrooms. 2 with double beds, 2 with twin beds and all with extensive wardrobe space. On request, beds can be changed from twin ones to a double for your convenience. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 on the ground floor have steps leading straight onto the delightful pool area. Bedroom 4 on the second floor boasts a large veranda and a balcony, both with views to die for.

Bathrooms: 4 bathrooms, all with exceptional design features. The master bedroom’s en-suite (second floor) displays a staggering wall to wall mirrored window looking out onto the whole of Kassiopi and beyond. All with WC and wash basin plus either a shower, bath or both.

 Kitchen: Classy, fully functional kitchen with double sized fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juice maker etc. With its own breakfast table and veranda doors out onto the first floor terraced area, this room is perfect for mornings.

Living Room: Modern and summery living space with doors onto same terrace as kitchen- with steps leading to pool area. Great views. Features a big 8-seater dining table and the regular mod cons: flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player with MP3 input plus a sky digital box.

Other: Private off road parking area for 2 cars. Mosquito guards on all windows and terrace doors.

Services: Bed linen and bathroom towels provided. Cleaning services provided every day, bed linen changed every second day.

 Notes on accommodation

The villa has Air Conditioning throughout and available for your usage at no extra cost. No pets allowed. No smoking. On arrival, we will provide you with a complimentary welcome pack i.e. milk, bread, tea bags etc. Anything else you may wish or require will be considered on request.

• Outside
The private pool area -with that fantastic view- is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy life, day or night. Displays a huge table in which you can envisage morning coffees, ‘al-fresco’ dining (straight from the barbeque) and late night, night-caps happening at. Plenty of room for sunbathing and has shaded areas for those who wish to cool down too. Every outside area is ornamented by flowers, grass and greenery. Combining this with the subtle lighting around the villa and it makes a haven of tranquility and pure bliss.

• Coast/Beach
Kassiopi’s main beach is just a 5 minute walk away. There are a few equally beautiful smaller coves along the headland that you may wish to explore also. Being on the north east coast of Corfu, the seas here are free from dangerous currents and they flaunt blue-flag status.

• Golf
Corfu’s Golf course is celebrated as one of Greece’s finest and is a 30 minute drive away. All equipment available for hire at the course.

• Travel
Kassiopi lies 22miles/36km north of Corfu Town and its airport. We can arrange affordable and reliable airport transfers and car hire for your holiday if you wish for us to do so. Boats are available for hire from Kassiopi harbor from Fillipos boats.

• Distances

5 Minute drive to San Stephanos.
10 Minute drive to Agni.

Kassiopi itself provides a satisfying array of possibilities: from an offering of both traditional and international cuisine to lively bar culture to leisurely walks of castle ruins and coast. The variety of choice makes Kassiopi quite cosmopolitan. The village centre is 10 minute walk away and here you will find things you may need or want: shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car-hire, diving centre, excursions, internet access, pharmacy etc.
