Facilities
This delightful villa is set in an elevated position in the
style of a traditional Greek house. It has a wonderful pool
terrace and pretty gardens in a raised area beside the house
with stunning views over Kalami Bay. A few steps down from the
pool, is the furnished and shaded barbecue terrace, which leads
into the eat-in kitchen.
There is another large shaded balcony with comfortable hardwood
furnishings directly off the lounge room, which is the perfect
spot to enjoy breakfast. There are 2 twin bedrooms, with extra
large single beds, and 1 double bedroom with its own small
‘Juliet’ balcony.
All bedrooms have excellent views and
share a bathroom/WC and a shower room/WC. Villa Chrisoula has a
long history on the Corfu villa market and a dedicated following
of regular guests.
There is a telephone for incoming calls only.
Air-conditioning in bedrooms only. Mosquito nets in all
bedrooms.

Local Area
Gimari is a hamlet of approximately 8 houses that overlooks the
bay of Kalami. Villa Chrisoula is situated at the top of the
road giving it maximum privacy but allowing the feel of being
part of a Greek community. The sleepy hamlet is very quiet in
the summer months and in its elevated position the villa has
views that sweep across the tiled rooftops to the bay of Kalami
and distant Albania.
Kalami is nestled in a horseshoe shaped bay and is the perfect
haven for a totally relaxed holiday. There are a couple of bars
and a good selection of tavernas that create a charming evening
atmosphere. Kalami is the location of the famous ‘White House’ a
former residence of the British author Laurence Durrell.
Kalami is just a 10-minute drive from either Kassiopi to the
north or Agni to the south.
