The beautiful complex Villa
Avra is situated 30 m away from
the Almyros beach.

ground floor gives the visitor

The first apartment of 70 sq.m
consists of 2 separate
bedrooms, TV, fully equipped
open plan kitchen with dining
room and living room with fire
place, bathroom/WC, big veranda
with magnificent view to the
sea. The apartment can easily
host up to 5 persons.
The studio of 25 sq.m consists
of 1 separate bedroom, TV, fully
equipped kitchenette ,a small
living room, shower/WC and a
balcony with view to the sea.
The second apartment of 50
sq.m, is situated at the back
side of the building and
consists of of 2 separate
bedrooms, TV, fully equipped
open plan kitchen with dining
room, shower/WC, balcony with
view to the mountains. The
apartment can easily host up to
4 persons.
The area :
ALmyros is a big and quite
sandy beach extending parallel
to the Pantokrator mountain
range viewing the northern
Ionian sea and the small virgin
islands, Ereikousa, Othonoi and
Mathraki, which are the most
western parts of Greece. The
plain of Almyros with its
meadows and natural fields with
multi-colored flora, surround
the villas in harmony with
their gardens reaching to the
sea. In the hills following
idyllic paved ways through
olive-groves the visitor
discovers small traditional
villages with splendid view
over the sea. In this area you
can find 5 tavernas, 2 mini
markets and card phones,
whereas the nearest big tourist
center (ACHARAVI) is just 1,5
km away.
